Vantage — a game by Codetwelve Studio

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Codetwelve Studio ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Vantage (the "Game"). We built the Game to need as little of your data as possible. It has no accounts, no login, and no sign-up, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information.

Summary

1. Information processed in the Game

a. Game progress (stored locally)

Your level completion, stars, settings, reveals, and purchase status are saved locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed if you delete the Game.

b. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game displays advertisements using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general location (derived from IP), device type, and ad interactions. This may be used for either personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent (see Section 3). Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Google's AdMob data disclosures.

c. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how players use it — which levels are played and completed, where players get stuck, which features are used, and purchases made — so we can improve the Game. For this, Google may collect and process app-usage data and a device identifier. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we ask for your consent before collecting analytics data, and you can decline — the Game still works if you do (see Section 3). Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase's privacy and security documentation.

d. Purchases (Apple & Unity)

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or adding hint reveals). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store using Unity In-App Purchasing. We do not see or store your payment card details; Apple handles the transaction. We receive only whether a purchase completed, so the Game can unlock the corresponding content. See the Apple Privacy Policy and the Unity Privacy Policy.

e. Attribution (Apple SKAdNetwork)

The Game supports Apple's SKAdNetwork, a privacy-preserving framework that measures advertising effectiveness without identifying you individually.

2. How the information is used

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Your choices and consent

4. Data retention

We do not retain personal data on our own servers. On-device data persists until you delete the Game. Data processed by Google, Apple, and Unity is retained according to their respective policies linked above.

5. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

6. Security

Because the Game holds no accounts and stores progress on your device, the personal data we are responsible for is minimal. Data handled by our third-party providers is protected under their security programs.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold an account or profile for you, most requests are exercised directly through the device controls above or through Google/Apple/Unity. You may also contact us at the email below.

8. Third-party services

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here.
